As always I am putting my spin on this recipe to make it even more yummy and healthy. I am cutting the traditional sugar typically found in this drink for one that is all natural and loaded with fiber so your body won’t have a blood sugar spike.

If you are looking to use this drink as a morning meal replacement then I suggest adding 1 tablespoon of coconut oil to this recipe. It will add a healthy form of natural fat that will help curb your hunger.
