We are so close to having everything done for the cookbook that I can almost taste it. My graphic designer, Stacey Uy, let me know that we have almost everything ready to go, but we didn’t have a picture “styled” for the cover. So I called my favorite photographer Mike Carpenter to come lock in the final cover shot. 
What I will say is that the picture above is not the final cover shot, although it was an option. We went with two different themes: ooey, gooey Chocolate Covered Chocolate Brownies and Strawberry Cheesecake. Now we did officially shoot a Chocolate Covered Strawberry Cheesecake, but we haven’t selected the final shot yet so I don’t want to give too much away. 😉
In either case, the cover for Sweets in the Raw: Naturally Healthy Desserts is going to be mouthwateringly amazing!! I can’t wait to see the final product!
