As I promised, the first At-Home Raw Vegan Dessert Workshop went so well that I scheduled another! For this summer-themed workshop we made Raw Apple Crumble, Raspberry Sorbet, and Oatmeal Raisin Cookies. As a bonus everyone also got to sample the Peanut Butter Cups!The Apple Crumble was a no-brainer. The Fourth of July is the perfect time to make things like traditional apple pie, so this homemade crumble is going to be a big hit at everyone’s Fourth of July picnics and parties!The Raspberry Sorbet is the perfect treat for the warm summer days that are already here! It was sweet, tart, and smooth.The Oatmeal Raisin Cookies are so quick and easy to make for the little ones, and they have been my favorite to-go snack at the beach.And the Peanut Butter Cups are simply my husband’s favorite, and I always have a fresh batch at home. How could I not show everyone how delicious they are?And guess what? Everyone loved this one so much that they have asked to have another workshop on June 27th! How can I say no to people wanting to get healthy? 🙂
