Each one of these workshops has been even more fun and easier to host than the last! This weekend I taught a group of eight how to make Raw Lemon Frosted Cookies, Dairy-Free Strawberry Ice Cream, and Raw Peppermint Patties. The part that never gets old is seeing their faces as they see the ingredients going into the recipe…you can see them asking themselves, how can this taste good, and then…BANG! I have knocked their socks off. Not only do they enjoy it, they also can’t wait to share the recipe with friends and family!
Each time I host an event I am even more assured that what I’m doing is not only delicious, but it is going to make an even bigger impact than what I had anticipated! Everyone can’t wait to buy my cookbook, Sweets in the Raw: Naturally Healthy Desserts, and share it with the people they love most.
