This past Saturday I had the privilege of sharing a few of my gourmet, raw and vegan dessert recipes with a group of my clients at the Marquis Pilates studio. For months, clients had been requesting a workshop to learn how to make these healthy dessert options. (Apparently, all the samples that I had brought into the studio during the recipe development phase had been a success!) I was happy, excited and nervous about finally sharing some of my recipes.
The first thing I had to figure out was what would be on the menu? I settled on Sweet Cashew Milk, Raw Fudge Brownies and Raw Blueberry Cheesecake. These recipes are definitely crowd pleasers and easy to make. In less than 30 minutes my three volunteers and I made all three amazing recipes! There was even enough so that everyone had extras to bring home to share with family members and friends.
