This month has been a whirlwind! But man, as I look back I am so excited to see the progress that we have made!This month I was honored to give a TEDx Talk about sugar addiction. As emails roll in from other people discussing their own struggles with sugar addiction I know for certain that sharing my personal story was the right decision! Here is a link to my video.
I had the pleasure of hosting my first At-Home Raw Dessert Workshop. The best way to show people how easy it is to make raw vegan desserts is to have them get their hands a little dirty. This workshop went so well that I have already planned another for next week.
I was able to have 25 recipes shot for my new cookbook Sweet in the Raw: Naturally Healthy Desserts! Today we shot Chocolate Bars, Orange Bliss Popsicles, Peanut Butter Cups, Chocolate Macaroons, Vanilla Bean Macaroons, and Raw Snickers Bars. As I get ready to turn 30, next month, I feel like I have found my life’s calling! I love what I do, and the great people I am lucky to have with me on this journey!
