
Last week, my baby niece turned 1! She’s grown so big — I just knew I had to contribute to her special birthday party! Because Adaline is only 1, it’s really important she only eats foods that will help her little body grow. So with the help of her mom, she avoids highly processed and high sugar foods. But what about for her birthday party? When most people think of a kid’s birthday party, they think cake, ice cream and soft drinks. Thankfully, with all time I have spent in the kitchen and creating my cookbook I knew just what to do
